Kevin Costner
Kevin Costner is an American actor, film director, and producer. Costner's breakthrough role was in the 1987 film The Untouchables, in which he played Eliot Ness, a Prohibition-era law enforcement officer who takes on gangster Al Capone. His performance in Dances with Wolves (1990), a film about a Civil War soldier who befriends a Native American tribe, earned him critical acclaim and seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director for Costner himself. Additionally, he has won numerous awards for his work, including two Academy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards, and a Screen Actors Guild Award.
